How did you celebrate the New Year Eve? The members of English club shared opinions about their winter holidays. Some of us were at home with their families, some were visiting their friends, some were travelling. The holidays were great!
Besides we discussed different dishes and shared recipes. And we want to give you one of them. Our lovely member Julia brought it from Sweden.

Cook and admire!
Margarine — 50 gr.
Sugar- 200 gr.
Syrup (she used rosehip one) — 100 gr.
Cocoa — 3–4 tablespoonfuls.
Combine all ingredients in a stew pan, sift cocoa powder to avoid lumps. Then set it on the fire, wait till it boils, turn down the heat and wait 5–7 minutes not mixing.
Then pour the mass into an oiled cake tin (13×15 sm). It`s better to oil the paper for baking and cover the cake tin with it. Having been got cold (20–30 minutes) the mass should be sliced with oiled knife and rolled in pieces of the paperparchment.Try! It`s really delicious!!!!!
